Tim is a former VP of CSSI Services since 2017. A native Texan and proud multi-generation Texas A&M Aggie. He built a successful career in real estate before joining CSSI. He leverages this extensive experience in his consultative practice with building owners and tax professionals, regularly hosting CPE for Tax Professionals, regularly speaks at real estate conferences, state CPA and EA society events. A participating member in ICSC and RECA. In his free time, Tim enjoys playing golf at his local country club and walking his beloved dog, Milo.
